What's the return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns within a 30-day window of your delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:
- Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Tags: All original tags must still be attached to the item.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear, are missing tags, or are sent back outside of the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange my item?
At this time we cannot offer exchanges due to the limited-edition nature of our drops.
Do you offer free shipping?
We believe getting your new favorite piece to your doorstep should be easy. That’s why we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders!
Processing & Delivery Times
- For Pre-Orders & Limited Drops: Because our 100% cotton collections are made in exclusive, small-batch runs, production times vary. Please check the specific shipping timeline listed on the product page for your item.
- Standard Orders: Once your item is ready and processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive at your door.
- Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How do I start a return?
How to Initiate a Return
- Get in Touch: Email us at purelyairy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Pack It Up: Securely place the unused item with its tags attached back into its original packaging (or a secure mailing bag).
- Ship It Back: Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
(Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.)
